ABOUT CDS

Chirag Design Studio (CDS) is an award winning, multidisciplinary firm in the field of Architecture, Interior designing, Landscaping and Masterplanning led by Chirag U Swain. Chirag Design Studio was conceived in the year 2000. Ever since its inception, it has grown to serve an increasingly diverse and extensive clientele in commercial, residential, retail offices, corporate offices, educational, healthcare, boutiques/fashion stores, hotels and hospitality

CDS revolutionised the practice of architecture and interior designing from being a factory driven concept to a much customised design approach towards each and every clients' needs. With experience spanning over 20 years, CDS designs villas, farmhouses, penthouses, bungalows, apartments, multi dwelling large scale housing projects, libraries, guesthouses, institutes, offices, transit buildings, sports complexes, showroom, cafe, boutique jewellery stores, resorts, hotels and carries out masterplanning of big integrated satellite townships as well.

With over 700 successful projects under the belt, there has been an undeniable impact throughout the entire country including Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Assam and Delhi.
